One Good Chair International Design Competition
Lance Hosey, architect, designer, green advocate, and author of The Shape of Green Design, moderates a slide show and peer review of the highlights of the One Good Chair design competition submission process. In its third year, the One Good Chair competition is announcing the semi-finalists and finalists at the August Las Vegas Market Aug. 2-6. The Competition will pair finalists with fabricators to have a prototype built for each. These will be displayed at the Las Vegas Market Jan, 24-28, 2011, and an Awards Ceremony will take place. One Good Chair is sponsored by the Sustainable Furnishings Council and the World Market Center.
